Description: Collated from the local archaeological collection of the late Edward Johnson Walker who was editor of the Halifax Guardian for nearly half a century.

Condition: Quarter mid brown leather with green cloth sides. 'Halifax Registers' to spine. Corners softened, a little worn. Spine rubbed. Binding softened slightly. Endpapers and deckled edges browned. Otherwise pages are beautifully clean and free of any markings albeit a couple of minor spots to last few pages. An extremely well preserved copy.
